Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Delivery Estimates (U.S.)

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Same Day Tampa Bay Delivery

Available for Tampa Bay area orders only.

We offer Same Day Delivery for customers located within the Tampa Bay area. To qualify:

  • Order must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST
  • Delivery address must be within the Tampa Bay area
  • Same Day Delivery option must be selected at checkout

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following business day. Same Day Delivery availability may vary based on demand and location within the Tampa Bay area.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging is required
  • Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use will be rejected

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded

Exclusions

The following items are final sale:

  • Clearance or marked-down items
  • Limited drops / exclusive releases
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost.

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval may be rejected
  • Items must be returned in a single shipment (partial returns may be denied)
